6. What is the precaution while charging?
a. Soon after completing the travel, put the vehicle in charging.
b. Ensure it does not reach zero as it will damage the battery.
c. Keep the bike in shadow while charging.
d. Care should also be taken to avoid physical damages especially rotating fan touching the parts may damage the fan.
e. Physical damage is not the part of the warranty.
7. What is the delivery time?
Delivery against payment for our regular battery combination ( 51.2V-36 AH & 51.2 V -42AH). For Special battery combination, additional delivery time of 4-7 days)
8. What is the transport arrangement?
All delivery and prices are Ex-Factory Bavla and we can arrange on chargeable basis It is normally 3-5 days in a big city/town and about7 days in the country side or interior of any state.

10. What to do if bike stops in between?
Check if ignition is there or not
If ignition is there than see the back light
If it is close than there is some sensor issue.
Check MCB tripped or not
If MCD okay than it is case of battery.

11. What if battery lifting norms
During warranty period, the lift up and delivery of the battery with issue shall normally be done by our battery vendor . Beyond warranty it shall be at the cost
12. What if material received in damage condition?
a. Check while unloading.
b. Report immediately to the dealer with the transport details and photograph
c. The product related to be reported within 2 hours of receipt after checking each bike received.
d. No complaint shall be entertained after receipt of material of3 days.
13. Can the bike be taken back?
NO. Once sold by us the bike cannot be returned.
